If you need it A.S.A.P. we will ship it the same day, if you need it sooner we will take it to LAX and put it on a plane. We are confident we can provide the best service at the lowest price.

- Your agent. We can respond to your customer as your representative to avoid any confusion to your customer as to whom is servicing them.
- Flat rate service calls! We will on request quote a flat fee for an out of town service call this will include all travel and living expenses, travel time, overtime and miscellaneous costs. Know what the bill will be before the service call if our technician is snowed in at the airport that is our problem not yours.
- We bill expenses at actual costs no mark up.

- You will work with the same person for the entire problem.
- Loaner laptop programmers and telephone support to WALK YOU THROUGH a program download or trouble shooting session. We send it out FEDX with spare parts you may need and help you over the telephone. This may help your customer avoid a costly service call. However we do onsite service (any place). If you don't need the hardware, return it at no charge.
