Equipment sold as "NEW IN THE BOX" is unused. However, Pacific Rim Automation (P.R.A.) is not an authorized distributor, agent, employee, subsidiary or authorized re-seller of the Square D Company. None of the equipment sold by P.R.A. is purchased directly from Square D Company. For this reason, any warranty given by P.R.A. is solely that of P.R.A. This equipment may or may not be under factory warranty and the date of manufacture (Date Code) is irrelevant.

Equipment sold as "NEW IN THE BOX" is unused and carries a 1 year warranty to be free from defects; P.R.A. will replace or repair at its option. (The same as that offered from Square D Company at the time of manufacture) Due to the possibility of the equipment being not repairable, unavailable or too costly to Pacific Rim we reserve the right to refund the entire amount paid to resolve this warranty.

Equipment sold as used may or may not be repaired, reconditioned, or modified. This equipment has been tested and burned in under bench testing conditions. This equipment is from our exchange pool and carries a 90 day warranty that P.R.A. will repair, replace or refund the entire amount paid at the option of the customer. An extended warranty may be purchased at additional cost. Due to the possibility of the equipment being unrepairable, unavailable or too costly to Pacific Rim , we reserve the right to refund the entire amount paid to resolve this warranty.

Equipment sold as exchange may or may not be new, repaired, reconditioned, or modified. If not new this equipment has been tested and burned in under bench testing conditions. Equipment rented, loaned, or leased from Pacific Rim Automation may or may not be new, repaired, reconditioned, or modified. P.R.A. will repair, replace or refund the prorated amount paid at the option of P.R.A. Any software loaned to a customer is not to be altered, removed, copied or distributed to others.

P.R.A. dose not sell, resell, license, repair or modify any Square D, Modicon, MMI or Programming software. The only software provided for use by others is licensed to P.R.A., and is only shipped on P.R.A. Computer hardware (see Loaner Equipment).

Any equipment purchased by Pacific Rim Automation via symaxexchange.com will be, as-is and at scrap lot pricing no matter the condition. The seller will not provide or imply any warranty or guarantee. Payment will be made after the equipment is accepted at the P.R.A. offices. Cash payments may be made in person. Amounts over $600.00 will require I.D. and tax I.D. number.
